How to Become a Wholesale Account

Submit Your Application
Complete the form below. We review applications within 2–3 business days.
Approval Process
Once we receive your completed application and verify your business details, we’ll approve your account and send login credentials to our wholesale portal. Approved partners gain access to wholesale pricing, product datasheets, marketing assets, and easy reordering. Typical timeline: 1–5 business days from submission.

Wholesale Program Details
Pricing Structure
Wholesale pricing is tiered based on order volume. Discounts increase with larger quantities and consistent ordering. Exact pricing is visible only in the wholesale portal after approval. We offer competitive rates that allow healthy margins for resale.
Payment Terms

New accounts: Prepayment via credit card or ACH.
Approved established accounts: Net 30 terms available upon request and credit review.
We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and checks (for Net 30).

Shipping
We currently ship within the continental United States only. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We use reliable carriers for safe, timely delivery of your products.

Reordering Process
Approved accounts can log in anytime to browse, place orders, and track shipments. We also accept reorders via email or phone for convenience. Lead time for standard items is typically 3–7 business days. Custom blends may require 2–4 weeks.
Private Label & Custom Formulation Options
We offer white-label and private-label services so you can sell under your own brand. Custom blends are available based on your needs (e.g., targeted wellness, signature scents). Contact us for a quote—our team works directly with you on formulation, labeling, and packaging.
