Stacey has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. Her first venture was Pearl’s Oyster Bar, a well-loved seafood restaurant in Palo Alto, California. After five successful years in the restaurant industry, she launched Stacey Famous Foods, a specialty seafood company whose products were sold in high-end grocery stores and featured in mail-order catalogs nationwide.

Following a successful career as a pharmaceutical sales professional, Stacey chose to realign her work with her long-standing passion for health and wellness. This transition led her to create Rising Star Lavender Farm — a venture that combines her deep knowledge of the human body with her love for natural living.

Her experience in both the medical and culinary worlds gives her a unique perspective on the powerful connection between nature and healing. At Rising Star Lavender Farm, Stacey cultivates high-quality, organic lavender and handcrafts pure, sustainably sourced essential oils and wellness products designed to support relaxation, inflammation relief, and overall well-being.

Inspired by her mother Ellen — who instilled in her a love for entertaining, beauty, and care — Stacey pours intention and expertise into every product. She’s proud to share the calming and healing properties of lavender with customers across the country, one handcrafted bottle at a time.
